Mahoning County ADAS gets new exec director

YOUNGSTOWN — The Mahoning County Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services Board has a new leader.

Doris M. Primm takes over Friday. She replaces David L. Schaffer, who resigned in April to take a similar position with the Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board of Tuscarawas and Carroll counties.

Primm has held the position of director of financial operations at the ADAS board for three years.
