CHOP SHOP SITE: What appeared to be a vacant business at 2007 Market St., the former Ziebart building, turned out to be a chop shop for stolen vehicles and parts, Youngstown police said. Lewis Roosevelt, 74, of Shehy Street, now faces 14 counts of receiving stolen property.
