AUSTINTOWN — Results of a sobriety checkpoint held from 9 p.m. Thursday until 1 a.m.today on state Route 46: Vehicles checked, 973; vehicles diverted, 31; Operating Vehicle Impaired arrests, three; number of refusals, one; restraint citations, 27; vehicles seized, three; misdemeanor arrests, three — two open container and one drug.

Members of the Mahoning County OVI Task Force conducted the checkpoint.
