ASSOCIATIONS
Yo-Mah-O Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals will hold a regular meeting at 5:45 p.m. June 12 at A La Cart Catering in Canfield. Youngstown Branch of the American Association of University Women will hold its annual Spring Luncheon Guest Day and installation of officers June 2 in the gathering room at Park Vista, 1216 Fifth Ave., Youngstown. Festivities will begin at 11 a.m. and will include entertainment by the Dana Vocal Society, accompanied by George Harris. Lunch will be served at 12:15 p.m. Reservations are required; cost is $10. Flora MacDonald Auxiliary will meet for dessert at 1 p.m. June 2 at the home of Marge Briggs. The program will follow.
CLUBS
Ohio Cultural Alliance will meet at 6 p.m. June 4 at Antone’s Banquet Centre, Market Street at Western Reserve Road, Boardman. Dr. George D. Beelen, retired history professor at Youngstown State University, will present a film on the history of the alliance. Dinner will be served. The cost for the evening is $13 for paid-up members and $18 for nonmembers. Checks payable to the alliance are to be mailed to OCA, P.O. Box 561, Canfield, OH 44406, and must be received by Tuesday.
LIBRARY FRIENDS
Friends of the Boardman Library will meet for the group’s annual June luncheon at noon June 11 at the Golden Corral Restaurant. Reservations are required and may be sent to Nancy Dunn, 1474 Walker Mill Run Road, Poland, OH 44514, before June 7. Cost is $7.25; make checks payable to Friends of the Boardman Library. Monthly meetings will resume in September. The group will collect books, magazines and audio/video tapes for the book cart from 10 a.m. to noon June 2 and 16.

The next meeting of the United Methodist Women of Richard Brown United Methodist Church will be held June 7 at the church with Eleanor Harris presiding. The executive committee will meet at 12:15 p.m., and lunch will be served at 1 by Carol Thomas and her committee. Freda Pregibon will give the blessing. After the general meeting, there will be a program by Marilyn Blewitt, membership, nurture and outreach chairman.

Edith Lowden will preside at the District Eight Auxiliary meeting to be held June 3 at VFW 4192 Post Home, 3889 Main St., Mineral Ridge. Breakfast from will be from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m., and registration from 7:30 to noon. The meeting will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Officers will be elected and installed.
