Some Mill Creek Park roads will be closed for race

YOUNGSTOWN — Roads in Mill Creek Park will be closed for the YMCA’s Memorial 5, a five-mile road race, from 8 a.m. to 11. a.m. Saturday.

They are East Glacier Drive at Orange and High streets and Falls Avenue; and West Glacier Drive at Price Road and Irving Place, including a section of Price Road.

The closed roads are north of Slippery Rock Bridge. Roads south of the bridge will remain open.

Access to Fellows Riverside Gardens will be available from Mahoning Avenue only.
