"America's Next Top Model" (8 p.m., The CW): We'll know who "America's Next Top Model" is by the end of tonight's tense finale, which has the remaining three contestants trying to outdo one another in a commercial and print ad shoot for Cover Girl makeup.
"Bienvenue A Cannes" (8 p.m., TCM): The stars align in the south of France every May for the famous film festival, and this new documentary airs just in time for the event's 60th anniversary. Produced and directed by Richard Schickel, the program features a wide-ranging "virtual tour" covering the press conferences and the party scene. The festival's history also is examined. Also included are interviews with Hollywood directors, performers and critics, including Clint Eastwood, Roger Ebert, Martin Scorsese and Oliver Stone. The special is part of a two-night TCM tribute (through Thursday) showcasing a variety of previous Cannes-honored films.
"Rogue Nature" (9 p.m., Animal Planet): Dave Salmoni, a large-predator expert, in this new series studies the behavior patterns of animals such as elephants, chimps, hippos and lions to see which of their "rogue" attacks on humans are prompted by instinct or circumstance.
"Medium" (10 p.m., NBC): It doesn't take a psychic to see that Jason Priestley and Neve Campbell are getting ready to go.
