Concha-Quatro engagement is announced

COLLEYVILLE, Texas -- The engagement of Stephany Concha, 4701 Monterey Oaks Blvd., Austin, Texas, and Frank Paul Quatro, 2709 Pinewood Terrace, Austin, is announced by his mother, Vivian Quatro, 3300 Queensbury Way W., formerly of Youngstown.
The prospective groom's father, the late Dr. Fred Quatro, was also formerly of Youngstown.
Parents of the bride-elect are Xavier and Carol Concha of McAllen, Texas.
Miss Concha earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas, San Antonio, and a master's in health care administration from Texas State University. She is employed by Zenith Insurance Co. in Austin.
Mr. Quatro graduated from the University of Texas with a bachelor's and a master's degree in business administration. He is self-employed with Quatro Consulting in Austin.
Oct. 20 is the date chosen by the couple for their 6 p.m. wedding at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and for a reception afterward at Quinta Crescencia Villa, both in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Invitations will be extended for both.
