Rogers-Richmond engagement is being announced

BOARDMAN -- Kathleen and Paul Rogers of Boardman are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Kelly J. Rogers, and Cory M. Richmond, a son of Jane and Robert Richmond of Mentor.
The bride-elect earned a bachelor's degree in telecommunications studies at Youngstown State University and a master's in communications management and public relations at John Carroll University in University Heights. She is a marketing communications specialist for the City of Largo in Florida.
The prospective groom graduated from Lakeland Community College in Kirtland. He is a maintenance technician for Knology Inc. in St. Petersburg, Fla.
St. Noel Catholic Church in Willoughby Hills will be the setting for the couple's open wedding at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 25. Their evening reception will be held by invitation at St. Noel Banquet Center.
