Fulton-Andrews wedding to be on Delaware beach

BOARDMAN -- Atty. and Mrs. Robert S. Fulton of Boardman are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Kendall Fulton, and Paul Driscoll Andrews, a son of Paul R. Andrews of Bethesda, Md., and the late Jeanne Nock Andrews.
Miss Fulton graduated from John Carroll University and is employed by EDS in Washington, D.C., as a security and intelligence consultant
Mr. Andrews, a graduate of Gettysburg College, is a vice president and financial adviser with Morgan Stanley in Chevy Chase, Md.
The couple have planned a Sept. 15 wedding that will take place on the beach at Bethany Beach, Del. A reception will be held afterward at Kings Creek County Club in Rehoboth Beach, Del.
