March 25
Drugs: During a traffic stop near U.S. Route 224 and Pennsylvania Avenue, officers arrested a Lake Milton couple, 31 and 37, on charges of possession of drugs after saying they found a suspected marijuana pipe and seven suspected marijuana cigarette ends. The man also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

March 24
Bad check: A traffic stop in Market Street led to a 38-year-old Youngstown woman's arrest on a charge of passing a bad check. She wrote a bad 260 check at Aaron's Sales & amp; Lease, 101 Boardman-Canfield Road, police said.
Theft/criminal damaging: A worker at Lowe's, 1100 Doral Drive, returned to his car and found damage to its dashboard. Stolen was an in-dash, compact-disc player.
Criminal damaging: A Pine Hill Drive woman reported someone drove through and damaged 25 feet of her lawn.
Theft: A man in the 5700 block of Sheridan Road reported 10 Sony PlayStation games, 12 movie tapes, four DVDs and several other items stolen from his apartment.
Attempted fraud: A man tried to pass a phony travelers check to pay for a 150 scanner at Radio Shack, 7131 Tiffany Blvd.
Burglary: A man accused his former girlfriend of using a key to enter his second-floor apartment in the 5000 block of Aravesta Avenue and removing assorted jewelry, a Sony PlayStation 2 game system, clothing and various household items.
Theft: The faceplate to a CD player was taken from a car in the 100 block of Beechwood Drive.
Theft/misuse of a credit card: A Poland man reported his wallet stolen while at Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive, and that his Visa card was used without consent.
Assault: A Struthers man reported being punched in the back of the head and under his right eye while at Wal-Mart.
Arrest: Cortland police turned over to Boardman authorities a 32-year-old Warren man wanted on three counts of misuse of a credit card and one count of identity fraud, all felonies. A Boardman man reported three credit-card accounts had been opened without authorization with 26,876 worth of charges.
Theft: Police charged a Lisbon woman, 25, with theft after a 100 digital camera was stolen from Best Buy, 561 Boardman-Poland Road.
March 25
Domestic violence: A 34-year-old man was taken into custody at his Creston Drive residence and charged after police responded to a disturbance possibly involving the use of a gun. The family member alleged he slapped her face and threatened her with a firearm during an argument.
Domestic violence: Police arrested a 46-year-old man at a residence in the 5200 block of Glenwood Avenue and charged him after his girlfriend alleged he threatened on two occasions to kill her. He also faced a felony count of possession of crack cocaine after officers said he had a small rock of suspected crack in his pocket.
Criminal damaging: Someone broke six windows and two screen windows to a residence in the 300 block of Brainard Drive, causing about 1,300 worth of damage.
Theft: A Salem woman's purse was stolen as she shopped at Kohl's, 383 Boardman-Poland Road.
Drug paraphernalia: Authorities made four arrests at Giant Eagle, 1201 Doral Drive, after getting a report about a stolen credit card having been used at a nearby gas station. Charged with possession of drug paraphernalia were a Boardman woman, 41, two Youngstown women, 50 and 59, respectively, and a Youngstown man, 35, after police said they found numerous suspected crack pipes; one of the women also was charged with receiving stolen property.
March 26
Theft: Authorities took custody of a Youngstown man, 42, wanted on a felony warrant from Boardman charging him with theft. He was accused of removing a 1,500 interlocking device placed in a vehicle per court order.
Theft: Police arrested a 37-year-old Youngstown man on a theft charge after 191 worth of clothing and purses were stolen from Gabriel Bros., 850 Boardman-Poland Road.
Theft: A license plate was stolen off a vehicle in the 3900 block of South Schenley Avenue.
Theft: A Liberty woman's purse was stolen while she was at Wal-Mart.
March 27
Burglary: A Shields Road woman reported a man kicked in a door to her apartment and entered, but left without taking any property.
Aggravated menacing: An employee at Sky Bank, 3960 South Ave., told police she overheard a male customer tell another worker he was going to burn down the business.
Criminal damaging: Someone struck and broke a vehicle's windshield in the 100 block of Washington Boulevard. Damage was estimated at 500.
Breaking and entering: Police picked up a 41-year-old Youngstown man in the 5300 block of Market Street. He was wanted on a warrant from Boardman charging him with the crime.
Theft: A 42-year-old Youngstown woman was charged after being accused of taking earrings and men's shorts from Gabriel Bros. She also was charged with obstructing official business after claiming a medical emergency then refusing treatment at the hospital.
Theft: A Youngstown woman, 54, was charged with theft and a Poland man, 50, faced charges of theft and criminal trespassing after computer software was stolen from Wal-Mart. The man opened and drank a bottle of fluid and was in the store despite having been warned to stay off the property, police said.
Stolen property: A 19-year-old Youngstown man faced a felony count of receiving stolen property after police conducted a registration check in the 600 block of Midlothian Boulevard and said his vehicle contained a stolen license plate.
Identity theft: A Boardman man discovered someone opened a computer account using his name.
