Be good to your heart at senior center

YOUNGSTOWN — In conjunction with the Minority Health Commission, the Senior Center of Mahoning County, 1110 Fifth Ave., Youngstown, will sponsor a “Be Good to Your Heart” program to be held from 9 a.m. to noon April 10.

The program is free and open to the public, and will include cholesterol screenings, a speaker from the American Heart Association, and a hands-on nutritious lunch.
