AP: Boy, 13, has 26 charges, not 128 felonies

NELSONVILLE, Ohio (AP) -- In stories March 14 and March 22 about an alleged crime spree involving a 13-year-old boy, The Associated Press, relying on information from the Athens County prosecutor's office, erroneously reported the number of charges he faces. Andrew Riley is charged as a juvenile with 14 felonies and 12 misdemeanors for a total of 26 charges, not 128 felonies, Prosecutor C. David Warren now says.
