Underage gambler forfeits jackpot

ERIE, Pa. (AP) — An underage man who won a $1,445 jackpot at the Presque Isle Downs & Casino was cited by police and forfeited the jackpot.

Dwayne T. Jenkins, who hit a slot machine jackpot on Monday, is 19 years old and used his cousin’s ID card to play the slots and buy beer at the casino, police said. Casino patrons must be 21.

Jenkins, of Erie, was cited for underage drinking and carrying false identification then released to the custody of a relative.
