Tuesday's Best Bets on TV

"Iraq in Fragments" (7 p.m., Cinemax): A country in pieces, Iraq is being pulled in different directions by religion and ethnicity. But its disparate groups -- Shiites, Sunnis and Kurds -- share a common fate in a land ravaged by years of repression and violence. "Iraq in Fragments" explores the lives of ordinary Iraqis who reflect larger political issues affecting the country. Part 1 follows Mohammed, an 11-year-old fatherless auto mechanic in the mixed Sheik Omar neighborhood in the heart of old Baghdad. Part 2 reveals the inner workings of Iraqi local politics by examining the Shiite political-religious movement of Moqtada Sadr. Part 3 focuses on Iraqi Kurds as they assert their bid for independence, rebelling against past atrocities of Baghdad rule.
"Boston Legal" (10 p.m., ABC): Guest-star alert: Apparently Megan Mullally ("Will & amp; Grace") has plenty of time on her hands since her talk show tanked. She drops by "Boston Legal" tonight and plays one of Alan's many exes -- a woman accused of killing her fianc & eacute; on their wedding day.
"Tori & amp; Dean: Inn Love" (10:30 p.m., Oxygen): Tori Spelling, pregnant and all, give birth to another reality series. This time, it's about her and her hubby opening a bed-and-breakfast.
"Whitest Kids U'Know" (11 p.m., Fuse): A New York City sketch-comedy group, kind of an American, younger version of Kids in the Hall, gets its own series.
