SENIORTRANSPORTATION
Trumbull County has 460,000 available in senior levy funds to provide 2 one-way rides for those age 60 and older. Proposals are being sought for three kinds of service:
Curb-to-curb service for those seniors that are able to walk from their residence to a vehicle and get inside without assistance.
Door-to-door for seniors that need help in getting to the vehicle from the residence.
Limited service to pre-established destinations such as the Cleveland Clinic or Veterans Administration medical facilities.
