Pogacniks 60th observed in Florida

STRUTHERS -- Mr. and Mrs. Stan Pogacnik of 106 Hamilton Blvd., and University Park, Fla., were honored Feb. 17 by family members at a surprise party held in celebration of their 60th wedding anniversary at Mattison's Steakhouse in Longboat Key, Fla.
The couple were united in marriage Feb. 17, 1947, in Struthers.
They have a daughter, Patricia Janci of University Park, and two grandchildren.
Mr. Pogacnik served with the U.S. Navy during World War II. He is retired after having been employed at Wean United in Youngstown.
Mrs. Pogacnik was employed by the May Co. department stores in Youngstown prior to retiring.
