AUSTINTOWN -- Riviera Maya, Mexico, was the honeymoon destination of Dr. Scott Gregory Rainey and his bride, the former Danielle Lynn Miller, after their Feb. 17 wedding at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church and reception at St. Mary's Assumption Society Center.
The Rev. Stephen Popovich officiated at the 2 p.m. ceremony for the daughter of William and Nancy Miller, 1924 Overlook Ave., Youngstown, and the son of Dr. Jerry and Jane Rainey of Cameron, Mo.
The bride's strapless ivory gown was detailed with beaded metallic embroidery.
Jennifer Sine, the honor attendant, wore a rose-petal pink gown. Apple-colored gowns were worn by the bridesmaids, Christine Anania, Carla Buzzacco, Kelsey Brown, Megan Cain, Miranda Marcum, Holly Horne, Alice Rafeedie, Christine Fader, Lisa Miller, Tracey Rainey, Jody Pedaline and Tara Shuster. Flower girl was Sydney Miller.
Charles Rasmussen was best man, and groomsmen were William Miller, Greg Miller, Michael Miller and Evan Jones. Ring bearers were Logan Miller and Drew Miller.
Mrs. Rainey graduated from Youngstown State University and is office co-manager with Dr. Robert J. Durick and a respiratory therapist with St. Joseph Hospital and Forum Health Northside Medical Center. Dr. Rainey, a graduate of Missouri Southern University, is an orthopedic surgery resident at St. Elizabeth Health Center and St. Joseph Hospital. They live at 2619 Pine Oak Court, Niles.
