Alabama chosen for Uber-Wamble April 21 wedding

Announcement is being made of the engagement of Helena Uber, 4028 Sumatanga Road, Gallant, Ala., formerly of Struthers, and Darren Wamble, 440 Landreth Road, Oneonta, Ala.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Nancy Uber, 508 W. Harvey St., Struthers, and the late Thomas Uber. Parents of the future groom are Mr. and Mrs. Robert Wamble, 79 Landreth Road, Oneonta.
The couple have chosen 2 p.m. April 21 for their wedding at Creel Chapel at Sumatanga Camp and Conference Center in Gallant. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and also for a reception afterward at the center.
Miss Uber graduated from Mount Union College in Alliance with a bachelor's degree. She is an environmental education coordinator at Sumatanga Camp and Conference Center.
Mr. Wamble is a technical communicator with Thompson Tractor in Birmingham, Ala.
