Parents announce Rizzi-Brooke troth, wedding plans

XThe engagement of Kelly Eileen Rizzi and Brian C. Brooke, both of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., is being announced by their parents, Richard and Maribeth Rizzi of Boardman and Wayne and Marie Brooke of Youngstown.
Miss Rizzi graduated from St. Mary College in Notre Dame, Ind., with a bachelor's degree in elementary education. She is a first-grade teacher at Liberty Park Elementary School in West Palm Beach, Fla.
Mr. Brooke, a new-home sales counselor with D.R. Horton in West Palm Beach, earned a bachelor's degree in communications at John Carroll University in University Heights.
The couple will be married during an open ceremony at 1 p.m. July 14 at St. Luke Church in Boardman. Invitations will be extended for their evening reception at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Hall, Youngstown.
