J-M school board reviews district spending


NORTH JACKSON — Jackson-Milton school board officials met today to review district expenditures for fiscal year 2006-2007. The district spent $10,115,671, of which $7,967,110 was   general-fund expenditures, Treasurer John Zinger said.

Officials also set a tentative date to have a work session regarding a groundbreaking ceremony for a new Jackson-Milton High School/Middle School, which is 5 p.m. Thursday at the elementary school, 14110 Mahoning Ave.
