A story and chart in Wednesday’s Vindicator listed the calculations of the costs for Boardman’s proposed general operating levy using only 1 mill. The proposed measure is for 4.1 mills, so it would cost the owner of a $100,000 home about $410 annually, rather than $100 annually.
