For more information about the summer youth programs call the township park board line at (330) 549-9552, or the township administration office at (330) 549-3993. Other summer events:

July 11: Grandparents Day activities from 2 to 4 p.m. at Woodworth Park. Grandparents and their grandchildren are invited to a day of safety lessons provided by area police and fire personnel.

July 25: A day of games for grandparents and grandchildren will be from 1 to 3 p.m. at Memorial Park.

Aug. 10: A teen movie night and bonfire will be offered from 7 to 10:30 p.m. at Woodworth Park.
