CANDIDATES Campbell and Sebring

The charters of Campbell and Sebring require nonpartisan primary runoffs on the sixth Tuesday before the general election. That date this year is Sept. 25. The filing deadline was Wednesday. The only competitive seat is Campbell council president with three candidates. The top two finishers in that runoff move to the Nov. 6 general election. With two candidates filing for every position except Campbell president there is no primary for any of the other positions. For Sebring council, there are two available seats this year so the four candidates who filed won’t have a runoff. An (*) denotes an incumbent.
