A Trumbull County grand jury has indicted 26 people on felony charges. It also indicted three people on misdemeanor charges and remanded them to lower courts. There was also one secret indictment. To be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. July 5, before Judge Peter J. Kontos of Common Pleas Court:

Jason R. Hill, 31, of Niles, driving under the influence; leaving the scene of an accident.

Charles R. Wallace, 20, of Warren, burglary with a firearm specification; theft of drugs with a firearm specification.

William Chesser, 19, of Warren, possession of cocaine.

Patricia Fowler, 39, of Warren, aggravated vehicular assault.

Donald A. Basile Jr., 18, of Niles, aggravated vehicular homicide (two counts).

Anthony J. Martin, 32, of Warren, aggravated possession of drugs; receiving stolen property.

Atiya R. Faison, 20, of Warren, felonious assault with a firearm specification; aggravated burglary with a firearm specification; improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

Dmarko Russell, 19, of Warren, possession of cocaine.
