Ulster Project plans anniversary event

NILES — Mahoning Valley Ulster Project will host a 20th anniversary celebration July 12 at McMenamy’s in Niles. Featured will be a buffet dinner; silent, Chinese and live auctions; and entertainment by American and Northern Irish teens.

Auction items will include fine china and gifts from Northern Ireland and from area businesses.
