Senior volunteers eligible for awards

CLEVELAND — Medical Mutual of Ohio will sponsor a luncheon Oct. 4 at LaCentre Conference and Banquet Facility in Westake, where awards will be presented to outstanding senior volunteers.

To qualify for the awards, senior volunteers must be nominated by community organizations. They must be 65 or older and committed to enhancing the quality of life for people and the community.

The top four award winners and their nominators will be guests of Medical Mutual at the luncheon, where they will receive plaques and where all honorable mention winners will be recognized.

Nominations must be postmarked or electronically submitted no later than July 13.
