4th suspect in Martwain Dill shooting arrested

YOUNGSTOWN — City police have arrested a fourth suspect in the November 2006 shooting death of a West LaClede Avenue man.

Police arrested Keith B. Tillis Jr., 18, of North Lakeview Avenue, at his home around 5:45 p.m. Monday on a warrant charging him with murder in the death of Martwain Dill, 23.

Tillis is one of four defendants in the case. He was arraigned today before Judge Elizabeth B. Kobly, who ordered him held in Mahoning County Jail on $500,000 bond pending a preliminary hearing June 27.

Police said Tillis answered the door when they went to his home with a warrant and was arrested without incident.
