Judge orders man to never own a dog bigger than a Chihuahua

YOUNGSTOWN — A judge ordered a Youngstown man convicted of two counts of owning or harboring vicious dogs to never own a canine any larger than a Chihuahua.

Municipal Court Judge Elizabeth A. Kobly also sentenced Jammie Traylorok of Austintown today to 90 days in the Mahoning County jail, a $750 fine and two years’ probation. Traylor began serving his sentence today.

A jury found Traylor, 20, guilty of the two misdemeanors last month.

Police say Traylor’s two large Cane Corsos, an Italian Mastiff breed, attacked David Roch of Youngstown, a retired firefighter, and Maggy, his small terrier, near Mill Creek MetroParks on April 18.
