Austintown man dies in traffic accident

AUSTINTOWN —  A one-car accident took the life of a township man.

Mark Tekach, 38, of Sprucewood Avenue was killed around 7:50 p.m. Tuesday, said Lt. Bryan Kloss. Tekach had pulled out of the Plaza West parking lot at Raccoon and New roads. He left the roadway and hit a car in a nearby yard, Kloss said. The accident is still under investigation, he said.
