Time to freshen up the face of a landmark

An employee of Hermes Painting of Campbell works on repainting the clock on the tower of the Home Savings and Loan Building in downtown Youngstown. Steve Puhalla of Home Savings said Monday the work was part of the building’s ongoing maintenance and would continue for about a week. Puhalla said the clock faces were last painted in 1974.
