Boy critical after golf cart mishap

BOARDMAN — A 13-year-old boy was in critical but stable condition after a golf cart accident.

The golf cart in which he was riding overturned, pinning him underneath, police said. The accident happened at 45 Sugar Cane Drive.

Police would not release the boy’s name. He was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Boardman, then transferred to St. Elizabeth’s in Youngstown.
