Sharon restaurant employee robbed

SHARON, Pa. — A man wielding a gun robbed an employee of 3 By the River complex this morning. Sharon police said the man described as 5 foot, 9 inches and medium build walked into the office just after 10 a.m. and asked for money. The man took the contents of the woman’s purse and ran off. Police arrived at 10:37 a.m. and evacuated the building in their search for the robber, but could not find him. Police said he was wearing a bandanna over his face.
