The Wellington Avenue Bridge is open

YOUNGSTOWN — The Wellington Avenue bridge over Interstate 680 has reopened. I-680 will continue to have lane restrictions as the Ohio Department of Transportation paints the bridge, near Borts Field. The $1.5 million project includes repairing and painting the bridge. The project is scheduled to be complete by October.
