Balloon Quest under way in New Castle

NEW CASTLE, Pa. — The Western Pennsylvania Balloon Quest is under way through Sunday at Scotland Meadows Park in Union Township, Lawrence County.

In addition to hot air balloons, there are carnival rides, crafts, food and other events each day. Balloon launches are at 6:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and from 6 to 7 a.m. Saturday and Sunday mornings. The park is located on Scotland Lane off U.S. Route 224.
