Youngstown man held on drug charges

YOUNGSTOWN — Officers responding to a fight at a house on Cambridge Avenue on the city’s South Side ended up charging a man with trafficking in marijuana, a police report says.

Dwayne E. Boone, 18, of East Judson Avenue, was sitting on a couch rolling a marijuana cigarette when police arrived, the report said.

Officers found a large plastic bag of suspected marijuana and 40 smaller bags of the suspected drug packaged for sale, the report said.

Boone was taken to the Mahoning County Jail.
