Small fires set in abandoned RR building in Niles

NILES — Several small fires were set in an old abandoned railroad building off West Park Avenue, the fire department reported.

Boards were torn off the entrance of the building, likely by kids, the department said.

The fire call came in at 7:30 p.m., and the department had the fires put out within 10 minutes. There were no injuries.
