Hundreds of motorcyclists pay tribute to fallen police

Steve Hencken painted the windshield of his motorcycle as a special tribute to Youngstown Police Officer Mike Hartzell who was killed in the line of duty in 2003. Hencken was among hundreds of motorcyclists taking part in Sunday’s Fallen Officers Memorial Run in Youngstown. Proceeds from the ride will benefit Fraternal Order of Police scholarships at Youngstown State University.
