Man is hospitalized after falling from tree

WELLSVILLE — A man who fell 40 to 50 feet from a tree stand was rushed to a hospital in East Liverpool, said the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office.

The accident happened at 7:42 p.m. Thursday on Glasgow Road in Madison Township, the sheriff’s office said.

The sheriff’s office had no information on the man’s identity or condition.
