OLD NEIGHBORHOOD: Mason Avenue near Knapp Avenue in Hubbard Township is part of an older neighborhood called Maplewood Park, near the Hubbard-Mahoning County line. It is one of the areas the Trumbull County commissioners have promised the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency they will provide sewer service in the next 10 years.
