WARREN -- A divorce recovery workshop is planned Mondays, Feb. 26-April 2, at North-Mar Church, 3855 E. Market St.
Sessions will be based on the study guide, "Growing Through Divorce," which each participant will receive. Joe Davenport will be workshop leader. The worskhop is open to anyone who is separated, going through a divorce or divorced.
In Trumbull County, more than 2,600 people experience the legal breakup of their marriages each year.
The cost is 30, but a 5 discount is available if paid registration is postmarked by Feb. 19.
Child-care arrangements will be made.

Food donation
YOUNGSTOWN -- Second Harvest Food Bank of the Mahoning Valley, 2805 Salt Springs Road, will receive 1,512 Steak n Shake Steakburger patties by the end of January. Second Harvest here is one of 72 Second Harvest food banks nationwide to which Steak n Shake will distribute 385,560 patties by the end of the month.
Deadline
ALLIANCE -- Alliance Community Hospital is taking reservations for its February Fresh Start Program, a free, four-week smoking cessation program. The deadline for registration is Tuesday. Classes, which begin the first week of February, are at ACH and customized to work around participants' schedules.
