The win was their ninth this season, equaling the team's best season since the 2000-03 season when they also won nine times. The team's four conference wins also equal the best the Penguins have done since joining the Horizon League. Junior forward John Barber had a career-high 18 points against the Vikings, while seniors Quin Humphrey and Keston Roberts led the way with 22 and 20 points. Humphrey also had his 14th career double-double with 12 rebounds. Wright State was knocked out of a share of the league's top spot in the standings on Sunday when it fell to UW-Milwaukee 73-69 in Milwaukee. The Raiders have the league's top scorer in DaShaun Woods who had 21 points on Sunday and leads the conference with a 19.4 points per game average. The Raiders lead the overall series 26-6 and have won the last seven meetings. YSU's last win in the series was a 66-60 victory in Youngstown back in 2003. The Penguins are also 1-15 against the Raiders at the Nutter Center.Next: YSU will stay out on the road when it travels to meet Loyola University in Chicago Monday night. Tip-off is set for 8 p.m.
