Man arrested in break-in and burglary of jewelry store

WARREN -- Police apprehended a man they said had broken into a West Market Street jewelry store. The man, being questioned by police Tuesday evening, smashed a window at Thom Duma Fine Jewelers to get into the store and steal merchandise, police said. A witness called police, who chased the man on foot and made the arrest.
