NEW CASTLE, Pa. — Fifteen traffic citations and eight written warnings were given out during a saturation patrol in the city and surrounding areas this morning.

Pennsylvania State Police and New Castle police participated in the patrol.

They also served one felony warrant, one misdemeanor warrant and one summary warrant.
