Plans announced for Billock-Susner wedding in park

POLAND -- Plans for the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Nanci Jo Billock, and Richard Francis Susner III, both of Chicago, are being announced by David and Wendy Billock of Poland.
Parents of the future groom are Ted and Valerie Joyce of Joliet, Ill.
The couple have chosen April 14 for their 4:30 p.m. wedding in Boardman Township Park. Invitations will be extended for the ceremony and also for an evening reception at the Operating Engineers Hall in Boardman.
Miss Billock graduated cum laude from John Carroll University in University Heights with a bachelor's degree in chemistry. She will graduate in June from Saba University School of Medicine, located on the Caribbean island of Saba in the Netherlands Antilles.
Mr. Susner is an administrative support representative with Becker Professional Review of DeVry University in Chicago. He earned a bachelor's degree in mass communications at the University of St. Francis in Joliet.
