County, state and federal offices: Closed.
Schools: Youngstown, Warren, Niles, Salem, Sharon, New Castle, and Youngstown Diocese, closed.
Universities: Youngstown State University and Kent State Trumbull Campus, closed.
Western Reserve Transit Authority: Closed.
Public libraries: Closed.
Stock market: Butler Wick & amp; Co., closed.
Post office: No delivery.
Banks: Chase Bank, Charter One, Cortland Banks, Farmers National Bank, First National Bank, Home Federal Savings & amp; Loan, Niles, Home Savings and Loan of Youngstown, Key Bank, National City of Ohio, National City of Pennsylvania, Sky Bank, closed. First Place Bank, Warren, open, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Howland, Struthers, Boardman Main and Giant Eagle, all other branches closed; US Bank, open regular hours.
