Tuesday's Best Bets on TV

"Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?" (9:30 p.m., Fox): Comedian Jeff Foxworthy hosts this new quiz show that spotlights how much we don't remember from fifth grade. Adult contestants will be tested on such common elementary school subjects as art and social studies. An added twist allows the "students" to cheat: They can get advice from actual grade-schoolers who've done their homework. The show airs after "American Idol" on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week. It will air regularly on Thursdays.
"To Iraq and Back: Bob Woodruff Reports" (10 p.m., ABC): While reporting in Iraq early last year, Bob Woodruff suffered serious injuries from a roadside bomb. His broadcasting comeback follows his own journey, from injury to recovery. "Some of the images are terribly jolting," said executive producer Tom Yellin. "He had a severe brain injury. But Bob didn't want this to be just his story. He wanted to report on the people who are coming back from Iraq injured. We're seeing that traumatic brain injuries, or TBIs, seem to be the signature of this war. Bob wanted to know how (Veterans Affairs hospitals) are coping with this tsunami of new injuries."
"Law & amp; Order: Special Victims Unit" (10 p.m., NBC): "NYPD Blue" alumna Kim Delaney drops by "Law & amp; Order: Special Victims Unit" for a guest appearance. Delaney plays a captain who has a run-in with Benson (Mariska Hargitay) when the latter goes outside her jurisdiction to investigate a rape case. Think Benson will back down? No way.
