LIMELIGHT Awards, achievements

YOUNGSTOWN -- MS Consultants won an Honor Award from the American Council of Engineering Companies of Ohio for its work on improvements at Portage Lakes State Park. The 2.6 million project included new boat launch ramps, bulkhead wall, access roads, shelter and restrooms.
YOUNGSTOWN -- Michael Latessa was named to the second annual Northeast Ohio Top 25 under 35: Movers & amp; Shakers Awards. The awards are presented by the Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club and Inside Business Magazine. Latessa was a founder of the Mahoning Valley Professional 20/30 Club. He is a representative with American General Securities.
