Police chief reprimanded for adult e-mail

VERSAILLES, Ohio (AP) — The police chief of this western Ohio village has been reprimanded for sending an e-mail containing a video with adult female nudity to several people, including a female village employee, officials said today.

The reprimand of Chief Mark Humphreys was issued Jan. 5 after an investigation, said Thomas Guillozet, village attorney.

Guillozet said Humphreys received the e-mail on his office computer from a nonvillage employee in October and forwarded it. Humphreys told investigators he didn’t mean to forward the e-mail and called the recipients and asked them to delete it.
