High bond set for suspect in late December homicide


YOUNGSTOWN — The second suspect in a Dec. 30, 2006 homicide and assault has been video-arraigned in municipal court.

Reshaud Biggs, 21, of East Florida Avenue had his bond set at $1.5 million today by Magistrate Anthony Sertick Jr. Biggs and his stepbrother, Darin Davis, 17, same address, are accused in the shooting death of Anthony Perez, 31, of Youngstown and wounding of his brother when both were detailing a car on the South Side. Detectives said there had been an argument over a theft of a car accusation.
