Katherine A. Vannoy, 36, Orwell, nine counts, illegal processing of drug documents; nine counts, possession of drugs.
Michael D. Robinson, 21, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs.
Timothy L. McCauley, 27, Niles, two counts, aggravated possession of drugs.
Jeffrey L. Town, 47, Newton Falls, kidnapping with specifications of repeat offender; gross sexual imposition; three counts, rape with specifications of repeat violent offender.
Danielle M. Kline, 25, Newton Falls, burglary.
Raymond H. Grimes, 41, Newton Falls, burglary.
Charles Wallace, 20, Leavittsburg, two counts, burglary; two counts, grand theft.
Kenyon Kellum, 33, Warren, possession of cocaine.
Delshaun L. Allen, 22, Warren, two counts, possession of cocaine.
Daniel R. Bowling, 27, Cortland, possession of marijuana, possession of drugs.
Mary C. Bowling, 25, Warren, identity theft, misuse of credit card.
Jennifer K. Felt, 26, Canton, illegal processing of drug documents.
Raymond J. Drummer Jr., 29, Youngstown, bribery; four counts, assault on a peace officer; one count, vandalism.
Carla Hunt, 19, Leavittsburg, burglary, grand theft.
Joe L. Hugley, 50, Warren, forgery.
The grand jury declined to indict the following people:
Lateefah Smith, 19, New Castle, trafficking in cocaine.
Zachary M. Diamond, 18, Girard, trafficking in drugs.
